Check in is between 4pm and 8pm unless by prior arrangement
Departures
Check out is by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Croft House is non-smoking, unable to take: more than 1 child per booking or children under the age of 12 unless by arrangement: or pets as there are 2 resident cats.
Bookings are confirmed by the acceptance of a deposit of, 30% of the total booking value or minimum of £50 per room, by Croft House, deducted from the full cost on departure. A 2% charge is made for credit card payment, no charge for debit card. |

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed by the acceptance of a deposit of
30% of the booking value or, minimum of £50 per room, by Croft House, deducted
from the full cost on departure. We accept most cards (not American Express/
Diners card), cheques, traveller’s cheques and cash.
A 2% charge is made for credit card payment no charge for debit card or cheques.
Reservations will be held for 7 days until receipt of deposit.
Arrivals. Check in is between 4pm and 8pm unless by prior arrangement. Should you wish to arrive earlier this must be agreed with Croft House at least 48 hours before the day of arrival.
Departure. Check out is by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Following arrival no reduction is made for meals not taken or earlier departure than booked. Late departure may incur a charge.

Rooms. Rooms can not be guaranteed as available for check in before 4pm on the day of arrival. Whilst we endeavour to supply your first choice of room we reserve the right to change the accommodation to at least an equal or better room (at no extra cost) when necessary.
Cancellations. Deposits are non refundable unless cancellation is notified 6 weeks prior to arrival date, an administration fee of £30 per room will be retained / made. For cancellations notified less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, Croft House reserves the right to charge up to 75% of the booking value unless the accommodation is fully re-let. In the case of last minute / bank holiday cancellations of reservations or bookings or non-arrivals, Croft House may charge up to 100% of the booking value. Holiday insurance is recommended especially for longer stays.
Amendments to confirmed booking dates that can be accommodated will be charged from £10 per room to cover administration costs. |
